Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. After 15 days, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition you received it
• In its original packaging, with all accessories and manuals included
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Products with removed or damaged security seals
• Items showing signs of use or physical damage not caused by a manufacturing defect
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
